Private Balinese Seaside Villa in Amed

Villa Sinar Cinta is the first private villa on the Melasti Beach in Amed. It’s the perfect place for guests who are eager to blend in and enjoy the nature, the people and the food of Bali. Divers who like to explore the macro sea life up front call it ‘Point Sinar Cinta’. The beach along the bay is quiet and kept clean daily.

From the upstairs 360 degrees terrace, you can enjoy multiple ‘millionaire views’ as their guests name it. In the morning you can catch the seaside sunrise view from your bed. To the right of the villa, there are fishing boats on the beach. If the fishermen have a good catch we buy our fish from them. In the back of our house is the sunset view on Mount Agung and during the day you can watch the farmers work in the greens fields in front of the hillside landscape.

Sinar Cinta is suitable for families or a group of friends. There are lots of different seating areas so as to enjoy the garden, swimming pool and veranda. Honeymoon couples enjoy it’s romantic and intimate setting. There is a kitchen, open air living, 3 bedrooms, one indoor living room with a sleepingcouch and 4 bathrooms. Villa Sinar Cinta has the largest swimming pool in the area amidst a lush private tropical garden.

From the start our staff will make you feel at home away from home. They are known for their hospitality and are happy to let you in into the Balinese culture and ceremonies.

water is directly used from the own water well. Used water goes into the septic tanks and not to the sea.

waste is separated and recycled as much as possible. Leftovers are fed to the animals of the nearby farms or turned into compost.

All staff members and freelance drivers come from Amed. Sinar Cinta contributes to the local community whenever there are special events (like for the Balinese temples & Ogoh Ogoh), sport and cultural activities. We have started to support 5 schools in the neighbourhood with teaching materials for the children and the school libraries.

The use of chemicals is avoided as much as possible.

Food comes from the farmers, the local markets and fishermen.

Sinar Cinta Villa was built in the courtyard manner following Balinese architectural traditions. Natural materials, such as various types of local wood, were used. The building of the villa has been done by local craftsmen.

The guests are encouraged to turn off the airconditioning as much as possible. As an alternative, we have fans in each bedroom and in the living.

Free drinking water is provided and the guests are encouraged to refill their bottle when they go outside on a trip.
